My opponent is the Lead Sponsor on the very dangerous House Resolution 203.
This resolution states that the West Virginia Legislature will not recognize the election in November under various circumstances, specific to a single political faction. This resolution is divisive and ignores the will of the people. We must defend our democracy, people’s right to vote, and the legitimacy of our electoral process.
